In person viewings are scheduled for one party at a time.  No multiple showings.  We wear and provide PPE.

No Smoking & No Pet building.  

3R is located on the third floor of a small, friendly, owner occupied building.  

There are no sign up or finder's fees associated with this apartment.  

The only extra you pay is $20/person for the credit / background check.
