detail. In person viewings are scheduled for one party at a time. No multiple

Thank you for selecting apartment 3L located
in our No Smoking & No Pet building. 3L is located
on the third floor of a small, friendly, owner occupied building.
There are no sign up or finder's fees associated with this apartment. The only extra you pay is
$20/person for the credit / background check.

The kitchen features a tile floor, tin ceiling,
and a tall, deep large refrigerator. The custom hand made counter tops, lower cabinets, island, tall and circular
shelf units are of Birch wood. Notice the island has a cabinet near the wall which we've found ideal
for the commonly used small appliances. Under cabinet
lighting assists everyday tasks. You may want to select the lowest of three light levels at the end of the
day to create a soft ambiance in the room. The hooded charcoal filtered ductless vent also includes a light to
illuminate your cooking area.

From the 10'
x 14' kitchen you can see the remaining 40' feet of apartment consisting of the Two (2) 9' x 12' rooms separated by a solid wood door
and the 14' x 16' front room.

middle rooms each have a closet plus an open storage area above each closet. Between the rooms is a transom that is not shown in this picture. |

Room 1 has an additional 10' wide by 10 ' tall custom hand made Birch closet featuring three hanging rods and many assorted
heights of shelving to store even those larger items such as coolers and skiis. |

The large front
room has two tall windows, high ceilings, and all the original molding. There is a second door that may be used an an
alternate egress from your apartment. The decorative fireplace has a slate mantel and original grill work.

Just
like the rest of the apartment, this classic New York City style bathroom was newly renovated. It features the original
mirrored medicine cabinet, a new large "rain" shower head and an exhaust fan.

your kitchen window for your private use. This home is a garden view apartment. The building's garden and sidewalk level flower boxes are maintained by the on-site owners and decorated seasonally. |
